Play Until You Break A String! (GUITAR CHALLENGE) chords
Start Jamming...
Hey, what's going on?
I'll tell you what's going on.
It's guitar challenge time
[Db]
[Gb] [N] And I want this to be a running thing where I do different guitar challenges challenged by you guys
so Simon Boudreau came up with a
Wicked guitar challenge for me.
He said play a guitar solo until you break a string
[Abm]
Anyways, I thought it was fitting because these guitar strings.
They're freaking old man
See I'll go months sometimes without changing guitar strings and it's like what is my [N] excuse for not changing guitar strings
My boys at Ernie ball.
They gave me a ton of strings like look at all these strings
There you go.
Here's more guitar strings.
Oh, wait a minute, but there's more there's more
There you go.
There's some more
That's how many strings I have yet.
I've had these strings on since like
1946 that's [B] right folks.
I've been wearing this G string since
1946
[D] These strings are so friggin old that they only let me play Frank Sinatra stuff now, that's how old they [Db] are
[F] You know when you put a nice new pack of guitar strings on your guitar and the strings are like so shiny and pretty
You know, they're all like
Look at me young and fresh
but these guitar strings are like
Shoot me
So that's why I thought this was a fitting challenge
I'll play some solos and we'll see how long it takes for me to break a string
It should be easy with strings this old, but I know what'll do the trick.
How about walk by Pantera?
That's bendy AF
[E]
[Eb] [Bm] There you go.
A nice big bend is gonna break the crap out of these strings
Let's do it
[D]
[Db] [D]
Bend, stretch, break!
Why won't they break?
Why won't they break?
[Db] [Eb] All right, it's time to hit up the solo

I thought I could break a string by now
You don't want to break?
I'll make you break
Oh
[Bm]
[D] [N] My guitar is actually mocking me right now.
Okay, I'll trick at them.
I'm done trying to break strings for today
No, no, I'm done for real this time
[C] Okay.
Okay.
Nope.
Nope.
No, no, no
Okay this time for real
[B] Okay
All right.
I think it's time for me to improvise a solo and see if I can't get the job [Ab] done
