[Em] [A] A whole lot of [B] love, Led Zeppelin.
Today I'm going to be breaking it down with the high G first and then I'm [C] going to show
you the low G so you can sound a little more like the recording.
We're doing it on both ukuleles so everyone can jam this one.
It's really just a basically one chord song with the riff.
So you can see how a riff can be a really, really powerful thing.
You're thinking about all these chords all the time playing through and jamming, but
you can make a whole song out of one riff and one chord if you want to.
You just add Led Zeppelin and you can make an awesome song if you really want to.
So we're breaking down the riff.
The tab is on the screen, but if you want a PDF to print out and follow along, you can

Dollar creation with capsule loads of dollar a month if you want.
But you don't need those things to learn it.
All you really need is a ukulele brain and attention span.
If you have those one or two things or two ukuleles, whatever, [Ab] you're ready.
Follow me on there and let's break this lesson down right now.
All right, so let's break down this awesome, tasty riff.
I'm going to be showing it [C] again in two versions.
So start with the high G because that's the version that most of you will be playing.
You're only going to need one chord and it is the E5.
The only other notes you're going to need to know are the [B] second fret of the A string,
our B [C] note, and the fifth fret, our D note.
So slow motion it looks like this.
[Ebm] A little more up to speed it looks like [B] this.
[C]
[E] Okay, so what you're going to need to do is make this E power chord and you're going to
go one and a two and a [C] three.
All down strums.
One and a two and a three.
[G]
And a four E [C] and [C] one.
[G] And a four E [B] and one.
Now, I like to come back after that [C] and do this little mini bar of these two frets right
here and I use my index finger and I grab the seventh fret of the A string.
[G] [C]
[Eb] Okay, now that is the principal riff and that's really the whole song.
In the chorus it picks up [C] in the intro you're going to do the same exact riff but you're
going to go one and a two and a three and a four and a one and a two.
So instead of happening at the end of every measure it happens at the end of every other measure.
But that's the entire song believe it or not.
[Eb] It goes through some like
[C] Kind of spacey stuff in the middle of that but if you want to sing the tune and jam the
tune you can play the whole part.
Now there's another way to do this with a low G so [Gb] let's go ahead and grab a [Cm] ukulele
with a low G.
[Eb] Low G's for my [Gb] OG's.
Alright, so we have a B note [Cm] here and essentially [B] we're going to do the same thing.
We're going to make [Em] this E5 shape look like this.
Okay,
[G] [B]
so what we're doing is make that E5 shape.
One and a two [Em] and a three [Bm] and a four E [Em] and one.
So I just take that E5 shape and then I lift up [C] my index finger and move [Dm] it to the second
fret of the [B] C string and now I have two or four and two and that's my B [D] and D note the
same way earlier [G] I was doing
I'm going to be doing the same notes just an octave lower.
[C] Okay, so that'll look like this.
[G]
[Em] [G] [Em]
[Em] Alright, [Eb] and the tune is in E minor [C] if [Em]
[G]
[Em] [G] you want to get a fat nasty solo on which is usually
pretty appropriate if you're doing some Led Zeppelin, alright?
[Em]
[G] [Em] [G]
[C] Love that tune.
