Hey guys this is a ukulele tutorial for Tuloy Parin by Neocolors.
This song has five chords,
a G, a D, [Em] an E minor, [C] C and [Am] an A minor.
So [G] for a G it's like a triangle here,
it's the third string in the second fret, the first string in the second fret and the
second string on the third fret.
The next one's a D which is the top three strings on the second fret.
[D]
[Em] And for the E minor it's the first string in the second fret,
the second string in the third fret and the third string in the fourth fret.
[F] The fourth chord is a C which is just the first string [C] on the third fret.
And the last chord that you'll need is an A minor which is the top string on the second fret.
[Am] And for the strumming pattern I'm going to give you two choices for you to choose from or you
can simply make your own one.
The first one is down up chop down chop so slowly it should sound
like this.
Down up chop down chop down down chop.
And the second strumming pattern goes
down up chop down up up up chop so it goes down up chop down up up up chop down up chop down up
chop.
You're probably familiar with these two strumming patterns because I basically use them
all the time in my previous videos.
And to chalk if you can't do it you can actually replace it
with a down strum instead.
The chord progression for the intro, the verses and the chorus is G D
E minor and C.
So if we take the first strumming pattern for example it should sound like this
slowly with the lyrics.
You know that I don't sing so I'm just gonna have to recite this to you.
It starts off with sawari ko'y limipas na ang kadiliman ng araw.
It goes um so it starts off with the G it goes [G] down up chop down [D] chop
[Em] E minor
[C] [G] and back to the G
[D] [Em] [C]
so [G] it goes sawari ko [D]'y limipas na ang [Em] kadiliman ng araw
[C] [G] [D] um
[Em] [C] and you get to the refrain that goes muntik na nasanay ako sa aking pag-iisa.
It goes E minor D
G D E minor and the transition between G D E minor slightly fast and then you get to the E minor D
E minor and D.
So let me just play it slowly it goes
[Em] [D]
[Em] and then um kaya na it goes E minor
aya na [D] iwanan [Am] ang bakas [D] ng kahapon
and then you get to the chorus which is exactly the same as the first verse and also the intro.
I'm gonna play the entire song so you get the gist of how it [Gm] sounds like.
[D] This is the intro it's just G D E minor C and you start off with [G] the first verse with the G.
[D] [C]
[G] [D] [Em]
[C] [Em] [D]
[Em] [D]
[Am] [D] [G]
[D] [Em] [C]
[G] So [D] [Em] [C]
you start off with the G D E minor C and you just repeat the same chords for the verses the
refrain and the chorus and you repeat the chorus twice and you get to the end of the song.
