It's pretty easy
You just you're starting off in standard E [Eb] tuning

When Jerry starts off the song [A] he's muting the strings the second fret and hitting the third and fourth strings
[Eb] Just barely push down the top of that second fret hit that third and [Fm] fourth string

[Eb] Pulling off on the sixth string third [Gb] fret
[Ab]
Hitting the fifth string open
[Gb] [Ab] [Gb] And I kind of mute that fifth strings as I hit it with my left hand

[D] After you do that you go to [B] the third string second fret
[Ab] [Eb] pulling off the fifth fret
