_ _ [Em] Hi guys, this is a tutorial on how to play the main theme from The Last of Us.
_ I recommend that you download the [F#] tabs before we begin and the link to [Em] download them is in the description below.
So that's where you'll [F#] find them. _

So to start off [E] you're going to be [G#] playing the G string, [A] B string and E string using [G#] the three fingers.
You're going to be [Bm] using your thumb, your first finger and your second [G] finger. _

_ _ _ _ [F#] But instead on the G string it's going to be on the twelfth fret [G] _ _ [A] and then you're going to play [G] that [Em] eight times. _ _ _ _ _

_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
[B] So for the next part you're going to be using the same three fingers, thumb, first and second.
And you're going to be playing the [Bm] same strings but the fret on the G string is going to change.
So it's [Em] going to be twelfth, _ _ _ _ fourteenth, [F#] _ [Em] eighteenth and twelfth, _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ fourteenth [B] and _ _ [Em] _ _ _ _ _
again _ _ _ _ _ _ fourteenth, _ [F#] _ _ [Em] _ twelfth, _ _ _ _ _ _ fifteenth, fourteenth and _ _ _ then a slide from seven. _ _ _ _ _ _ _

_ _ [Am] Same again.

And an E in the bass again and down a fret on the E. _ _

_ _ _ For this [C#] part the right hand is going to be the same again.
But it's going to be almost like a D7 shape.
_ _ [D#] And you're going to have [B] the third fret on the E string, first fret on the [C#] B string and second [Am] fret on the G string.
[Am] You're then going to move down on the E string a fret each time.
_ _ _ And then move back up. _ _ _ _ _ _ _

_ _ _ _ _ [B] _ Again [G#m] the right hand is going to be the same for this.
But it's going to be a fourth fret on the G string, third fret on the E string.
The B is going to be [Bm] open and then [Em] you're going to play the E open afterwards.

[G#m] The chords are going to be [F#] a variation of a [C] C.

With a hammer on on the A string [A] on the second [G] fret and pull off.
