[E] Radley Foster and Bill Lloyd teamed up and brought a garage band, Rockin' Edge,
to country music long before Brooks & Dunn or Montgomery Gentry.
These guys were the [A] originals.
And I'm so glad they're making music together [E] again.
_ _ Crazy Over You was written on an afternoon after Bill and I had already decided that we had given up on [B] songwriting
and were going over to Vanderbilt.
_ [E] _ Completely.
Just for that day.
The reason was, our friend, there's a band called Web Wilder,
and _ [N] those guys were playing at [A] Vanderbilt University at [E] Spring Fling and there was beer and girls involved.
We went over there and had heard those guys just rock the house,
and they have a huge rockabilly element [B] to what they do.
And so, literally, as we were about to pack [G#m] up guitars [E] and go home for the evening,
_ we just started playing that shuffle and that thing just [A] poured out.
And it was so much fun.

_ And it ended up being the first number one, our first single, and an absolute huge number one record for it.
To play it [A] now [B] is still a very [E] _ fun song to play.
_ Because of the [B] shuffle, rockabilly kind of shuffle.
[E] For me, it's really fun when you see _ kids who are young enough to be my kid, high school kids,
and they sing along and they know every word.
That's [A] sort of a neat feeling.
