[G] I use this guitar on the record.
It's a 57 Strat with a DiMarzio HS2 in the [F] bridge position.
And then I also use my signature [E] Strat as well.
This is [Bm] actually the first signature Strat I ever got, number one.
And [B] I really like it a lot.
I use this Thread Rosewood DJ Strat, but I've put a Super V tremolo on this because I kind
of like the Super Vs.
They don't take any modifications.
They're just totally stock.
And they actually sound, to me, for a locking tremolo, they sound about the best I've heard.
They actually can retain really close to the original vintage sound of the guitar.
And they stay in tune real well.
I use Gibsons a little bit.
I used a 335 and an SG.
[D]
[A]
[D] [Em] [D]
[A]
[Em]
[Bm] My [A#] rhythm tone's still a couple of twins with the stereo TC [G#] Chorus.
And before that, I have a couple of different Echo selections.
I replaced [E] the EchoPlex with a DD2.
So it works [B] pretty good.
And then also I have the Memory Man if I want to kick in a little extra stuff.
[Bm] [B]
[C] [Bm]
I could put in the extra Echo.
[B]
[E]
[A] [G]
[F#m]
[C#] I'm trying to go back to a stereo [E] 412 cabinet with two piggyback twin heads.
It has [B] a little more bottom than just the suitcase amps.
But I still like the way the suitcase sounds.
If you're in the studio, sometimes micing them real close where it's not an issue, they
can sound a little sweeter.
So I kind of do like those.
But [E] for live use, it [N] seems to have a little more of a [E] thicker.
[B] [D]
[G] [A] [D] Dirty rhythm's pretty much like it was, except I have added a loop system.
[F] [A]
[C] I can put in [Em] the Tube Screamer.
[Gm] [C]
[D]
[G] I use it mainly just for power chords.
I [F] [G#] did the Hendrix tour recently and we were doing House Burning Down on the tour.
So I had to find a flanger and Howard Lee gave me one of these flangers [B] to check out.
And I actually love it.
It's the [E] Barracuda Toadworks flanger.
[Em] [E]
It doesn't screw the [Em] tone up.
The fuzz face [E] is really picky about what [E] is in line with it.
[Em] [A]
[Am]
[A] [E]
[Bm] [F#]
[B]
The lead's the same kind of just a 50 or 100 watt Marshall with a EchoPlex and a tube driver.
Same thing for many [E] years.
[G]
[E] [G]

[E]
Now really, [A] it's time to be really candid.
[E] So right here, [A] I use this on the whole record.
That's it, baby.
That's all I use.
But then I had a special ingredient I used to use, Fantastik.
But now, I found a better sound with Armor All.
You don't even have to spray it.
You just take the top off.
It doesn't [C#m] matter what you do to the top.
[E] You lay it up there and [A] woohoo, you know, it's great.
That's it right there.
I did it all just like, whoops.
Okay, [B] there we go.
Okay, now [D] that's it right there.
That does [F#m] it all.
[E] And you see how it's at an [Bm] angle?
That's part of the [A] effect.
I mean, [F#] forget the battery [E] thing about, oh, you know, [Bm] he likes [A] batteries from Jamaica.
No, that's over.
That's yesterday's news.
It's about tilted box DC amplifiers [E] now.
[Bm] [F#] [D]
