Hello guys, this is a more style music and in today's lesson, I'm gonna teach you how to play the cocoa melon intro theme song
So here we go.
Give you a preview before we start learning it goes like this
[C]
[G] [C]
Okay, let's get right into it.
Here we go.
So
There is a lot of [Ab] like pattern elements that you can learn to make this process a lot easier
Okay, it might seem very hard when you just break it down into the notes
But once we get the patterns, it should be very easy.
So here we go
So first element and we'll break it up to three parts as easy as learn.
Okay, so every element
So the first part there are three things that you need to do
Three kind of like arpeggiated triads.
Okay.
So the first one
We start on the triple note G C E up here
So middle C go up an octave C up to this G C and E.
Okay, [Em] arpeggiate it like this [G] and then
So that's the second version of C major and then you go [C] to the root position of C major which is C E G and
Then first inversion of C major which is EG C
Yeah, just like that.
So these three elements
So first of all, we have a second inversion of C major like this the G C E and then it goes to this
[Ab] Root position of C major which is C EG [C] arpeggiated and then the first [E] inversion of C major which is EG [A] C
[Em] Like that so yeah, these are the three elements for the first part you need to learn like this like that
So practice that first part like this
It's just the C major
[C]
triad [Am] played across
[Ab] Different inversions.
Okay.
Yeah, that's something easy to remember for that one
And then the second element
The second part that we're gonna learn is that arpeggio kind of run, okay
So you can kind of sweep it from the highest of the piano.
So we go down like five octaves.
So check it out
So it goes C G E
[C]
Fourth octave C G E and then the fifth and last octave C [E] G E [C] plus C like that
There you go, so let's do it again so corresponds to the two hands like this the right hand starts off [Ab] first three notes
and the [C] left hand right hand
Left hand and then right hand finishing off C like that.
So you want to put up the speed for it like this
Like that, okay
Okay.
Yeah, you can even do it with one hand if you're really comfortable and confident
Just like that.
Okay, it does require some agility.
Okay, but it's just arpeggio basically
Practicing an arpeggio
okay, it's interesting that this is like a like
very like a channel that is before like really
Young age like people and then like yeah, like normally people who are like two or three years old can't really
Play arpeggios like that that quickly and that many octaves as well.
But unless they're like a child prodigy then yeah, probably
Okay, so here we go.
So that's the second element.
So yeah, let's recap it.
So the first element is the three inversions
Yeah, and then the [G] last element is really easy it's just two hands doing the same notes because G [A] G a [C] B C down to the
lower octave C
Yeah, that's it.
One more time.
It's because G [A] G a B [C] C low octave C that there you go
[C] Easy easy.
There you go.
Yeah, and that's pretty much it.
Okay, so
Recapping all the three parts just like this at the arpeggio
Arpeggio sweep
[G] [C] That one more time
[Am]
[C] Yeah, [A]
there you go, that's pretty much it okay, so
Broken down all the parts
It's a lot [A] easier to learn than just [Abm] learning a by note by note because it seems like a very fast
Like thing like the arpeggio especially and but it's actually not that hard just like that
It's most everything is like in terms of C major as well.
It's very simple.
But yeah as for now, that's pretty much it for today's
