_ _ _ Hey Blues fans, today I'm going to play a nice little Blues intro for you.
I'm going
to be playing it in the key of A, _ _ but it's one of those licks that you can play around
the neck. _ _ _
So let me show you the lick and then we'll get back and break it down.

_ _ _ so that was the lick and let me break it down and we'll start each section _ and I'll
explain the notes.
So the first section is, _ _ [D] _ _ _ _
[Ab] _ _ _ so we're starting on [A] the 7th fret 4th string, _ _ _ _
[Db] _ _ _ _ _ _ [E] hammering from the 5th to the 6th fret on the 3rd string, _ _
_ [D] _ _ _ [N] _ going from the 5th to the
7th on the 2nd string, _ _ _ and ending on the [C] 5th fret on the 1st [A] string. _

Okay the second part
is, _ _ _
[G] _ _ _ [D] [G] I'm coming back down, so we're doing a pre-bend on the 7th fret on the 1st string
fret, and we're coming down and pulling off to the 5th [C] fret, _ _ _ _ _ _ _
[Em] _ _ _ _ so 8, 7, 5 _ on the 2nd string, _ _
_ _ _ _ then I'm going to [C] hammer from the 5th to the [Db] 6th on the 3rd string, _ _ [A] _ _ [G] _ _ and we go from the
7th to the 5th on the 4th string.

[C] _ [Ab] Of course you want to put some vibrato in there. _ _

then we're going to slide down to the, the next part we slide down to the 3rd fret on
the 4th string, hammer up to the 4th fret, [A] _ _ _ _ _ and we end on the 2nd fret on the 3rd [F] string,

[N] _ and then we're going to do a pre-bend on the 4th [C] fret _ [Bm] _ [A] _ _ _
to the 2nd fret, _ [E] _
going to play the
_ 4th fret [Gb] on the 4th string,

[N] to the 5th fret on the 2nd string, to the [G] 2nd fret on the
[A] 3rd string.

this is a little bit tricky, we're going to do a bend on the _ 7th, _ pull off to the 5th
string, or 5th fret on the 3rd string, and bend it a [Eb] little bit.

to [N] play the 7th fret on the 4th string, and end on the 5th fret _ [Dm] _ 1st string.

And then we're
_ _ _ [G] going to do a bend, and at the very end, just a little, _ _ [E] _ _ _ [N] _ we're bending on the 7th fret 2nd
string, [E] _ _ _
_ pulling off to the 5th fret, _ _ _
_ [N] and then a bend, and back to the 5th fret.
