_ All right tutorial for the Beatles you're gonna lose that girl great song, but I find this one hard to play
now I did a
Tutorial for we can work it out just a little while ago
And I showed you two ways to play it with and without a capo
Now typically when you bring in it more when I bring in a capo
It's to try and minimize the amount of bar chords that you have to play
Thereby theoretically making the song easier with this one though.

Play it with the bar.
I tend to use the capo because I find it marginally easier than without the capo
So I'm going to show you both ways the [D#] Beatles play it without a capo, but the chords
_ Quite tough so without the capo the verse has lots of bar chords, and it's quite tricky whereas the middle eight
Quite straightforward, but put the capo on in the verse becomes quite easy
[Em] But then the middle eight becomes a little difficult because you have a nasty a flat chord so you can't win either way
But because there's [D#m] more bar chords in the verse
I find it harder to play without the capo because my hand is just sort of really killing me by the [D] end of the song
But I'll show you both ways
Please [E] yourself how you want to play it
So the intro starts off basically with the chorus
_ You're gonna lose that girl first chord is the E chord
_ [G#m] _ Next chord is a C sharp minor 7, but if you find that too [C#m] hard you get away with just playing a C sharp minor
I'm just gonna say C sharp minor throughout this tutorial even though strictly speaking.
It's a C sharp minor 7
[F#] Next chord strictly speaking is an F sharp minor [F#m] 7
which
Very tough chord to play cleanly so you can get away with just an F sharp minor if you like you're gonna lose that girl
[B] into a B7
Now you might want to play that B7 to try and give you [Bm] a wrist a little bit of a rest
But the transition [B] from F sharp minor to that B7 might be [Bm] easier for most people given you're already on the second fret

_ [G#m] _ _ [F#m] _ _ [B] _ _ [E] _
That's the chorus basically but it starts off that way with the intro now the verse
Exactly the same chords except [C#m] for instead of the C sharp minor 7 [G#m] you're playing a G sharp minor 7
But again, if you just want to play [G#m] G sharp minor, you'll get away with it.
The other chords are the [E] same
So you don't take her [G#m] out tonight.

[E] G sharp minor
_ [F#] F [F#m] sharp.

and B7
Alright, so same chords except substituting the C sharp minor with the G [E] sharp minor
You don't take [G#m] her out tonight.

Chorus again.

So [B] repeat again the same for [A] the next verse and then the chorus
And then coming out of the chorus the second time you're [F#] gonna lose

Which is where your hand [G] gets a rest because now we just got G.

Otherwise the rest of the song is made up of the parts we've already covered
All right, so that's how
Beatles play it
Now if you want to then put a capo onto the second fret you're basically transposing the chords
So instead of starting on the E you start on the D
[C#m] The C sharp minor becomes a B minor.
So we still have one barre chord [F#m] the F sharp minor
Becomes an E minor [B] and the B7 becomes an A7
So much easier on the [E] wrist.
You're gonna lose that girl

[E] _ _ [G#m] _ The [E] G sharp minor then becomes an F [G#m] sharp minor.
Okay, [F#m] not too bad

[E] Good thing about that then is then [G#m] you can play the B7 much easier
[F#m] like E minor 7
[B] And then the A7 [F#] so those difficult barre chords without the capo [D#] the technically correct ones
Become a lot easier to play with the capo.
All right, so verse and chorus become easy to play
But once you then get to the middle [F#m] 8 pit _ _
_ _ _ [D] _ _ Okay, the D becomes a C
_ [G] Make a point now.
We've got an F make a point
I've taken her away from you suddenly barre chords are necessary in [C] the middle 8 to be flat
[G] I'll make a point I've taken her away from you

Now you're gonna slide right up for a E flat which is barring right up on the what is it one two
Three four five six fret
Okay, [Fm] nasty chord.
I hate that chord [F#m] sticks out like dog's balls.
But um
anyway
So that that's how you would play the middle 8 with the capo and then of course just at [D] the end you're gonna
_ [E] Then becomes a [A] C G [E] D
To finish the song
So there you have it two ways to play you're gonna lose that girl neither way is perfect

I just prefer it that way
Because it's just less painful on the wrist
