_ _ it'll come up at a jam [C] at some point and you might as well be ready to play it.
[Bb] And it's not all that hard and you're familiar with it and the tune is Wagon Wheel.
I'm gonna [E] walk you through just a [C] _ little basic break for [Eb] it.
If _ [G] _ you've been playing banjo for a little while,
[B] it's gonna use some [F] licks that you probably already know and I'll show you how to string it together and
[Eb] get you [Bm] a little working break to Wagon Wheel.
So next time it comes up, you [B] won't go
hmm, [C] I don't quite know that [Dm] one.
So no excuses.
So here you go.

_ _ _ _ any kind of little kick off of work, but I generally just started with a
just four three.

_ _ Four three and then we're gonna do two
two cripple [Bm] creek slides. _ _
[G] _ So that's three two five one [Bm] with a slide.
_ _ [G] _ _ _ So
[Bm] _
simple, simple enough.
And then we're gonna hold a D7 chord and [F] we're gonna do an alternating roll.
It's [Dm] a thumb index thumb middle, but it's gonna start on the [Gm] five.
Five two [D] three one four
_ _ [G] pinch.
_ _ [Bm] So that sounds [D] like _
_ [G] _ _ slide slide
[Am] _ _
[G] _ _ _ five [D] two three one four
[G] pinch.
And it does, [D] it does two [Bb] more slides just like [Bm] cripple creek.

[Bm] _ _ [G] _ _ And this time hold your C chord.
[C] Five two [Em] three one _
_ _ _ four pinch. _ _
_ [Bb] And now we're gonna do a forward and roll, forward and reverse roll [Em] off of the fourth [Eb] string.
_ [Fm] And what I'm gonna do is
slide from two [D] to five and the [Bb] roll we're gonna use [Eb] our index on the [E] third string.

_ And _ [Bb] then we're gonna slide back one fret, gonna do the same roll.

_ _ _ [D] _ _ _ _
And then we're gonna get a C [Eb] chord and we're [D] gonna hammer that
[E] _ that note, the [D] fourth string.

It's a forward and [D] reverse and we're gonna go four two one [Em] five one two
four one.
[D] And then another forward and reverse [C] off of five.
So _ _ _ _ _ _ it's [Em] five two one five one two _ one.
