Hi angels!
[C] Welcome back!
Today we are [Am] reacting [B] to Wagakki Band and [Dm] this is their music video
[B] that translates into [Db] Desert Lullaby.
I really [C] love the title.
Yeah.
I [F] think it's very beautiful
and it's for piano and [Bm] symphonic orchestra.
[Bb]
A lot of like Japanese like to write [D] out their titles
[Db] like [B] long and explanatory.
[D] I mean I like it.
Yeah.
Okay let's go ahead and give it a go.
The only
thing we care about is Wagakki Band.
[C]
[B] [D] No closed caption, nothing so.
I love those dolls.
Oh this
beat [G] already.
[Dm] [Gb]
[Ab] Oh it's got [G] some like mystery [Gm] to it.
[G] Take me to the desert.
To the desert.
Let me be in and on this lullaby.
This is amazing.
She's so elegant.
[Dm] One of the most elegant people
I've ever seen in my entire life.
I like the finger hand gestures.
Yeah.
[G] But they all have
[Dm] that kind of finesse.
Yeah.
[Gb] You know especially [E] when they're playing their instruments.
And that's what makes [Dm] them stand out from [G] everybody else.
They just have like [Dm] this like.
Yep.
Look how [Bb] graceful.
[Eb] Yeah.
[G] [Bb]
Yeah I just want to go.
[Dm]
[D] [Gm]
[Eb] [F]
It's like [Eb] Wagakki [F] Band is like on such [Gm] a different level from everybody else.
Oh look it's like got sand on the ground [Eb] too.
It's like desert.
[D] [Gm] [G]
[Eb] And also like [Fm] when she's singing slower it makes [G] you feel like you can actually [Eb] like kind of like go [Am] along with it.
Yeah.
[G]
[F] I hope they never stop [Dm] being that.
[D] Yeah.
Go until [G] you cannot go any farther.
[Gm]
[Eb]
[F]
I'm [Eb] always down for wasabi.
[G] All wasabi right there.
Doing his wasabi thing on the drums.
Oh my god so [Ab] many details.
What?
[Bb]
[A] Yep.
Oh [Eb] no.
Oh wait.
I'm like what?
We're not done [Ab] yet.
This is for piano [Bb] and symphonic [Bb] orchestra.
So one [Cm] was
somewhat.
I'm like what?
Maybe one was just like a performance and then this one was [Ab] for the actual.
Yeah maybe.
[Bb] I'm like what?
[Cm] Oh yeah this is the symphonic orchestra.
[Ab] [A]
I [Bb] [A]
[Eb] love listening to instrumental.
[Fm] I listen to it quite a bit.
Yeah.
[Bb]
I used to be like [Ab] really heavily
into that.
Well [Bb] I'm really into like an [Cm] orchestral group called Two [Gm] Steps From Hell right [G] now.
The last time I listened to it and I was really [Bb] into it is when I was still in [Ab] Russia.
So it's been a [Bb] while but I really do enjoy it.
It's kind of very [Eb] relaxing and you feel like [Gm] you
can like open [G] your imagination [Cm] to what's happening.
[Gm] Well I do it just because oh my [A] god the
French horn is one of [Eb] my favorite [Gm] instruments.
[Ab] French horn, [Bb] bassoon and of course flute because
[Cm] I played the flute.
So and because I [Ab] played for so long and I still [Bb] practice occasionally now
then [Cm] it's still like something [C] that [Cm] I'm very passionate about.
[Ab] I've never really
dealt [Bb] myself with instruments of any [Cm] kind.
Oh playing flute was my life for 11 years.
[Ab] I did
a triangle there.
[Bb] Yeah now playing the flute [G] was my legitimate [Cm] life for about 11 [Ab] years and even when
I was still in [Bb] college like I still try and join [Cm] the quartets and stuff like that [A] so I could continue
to [Em] play.
[D] [G] I [Em] knew it was gonna cut off.
[D] It's just [Bm] kind of like never not you get into [E] it so much
[B]
[G] there's actually gonna be an end and you forget [Em] about that but that was absolutely wonderful [D] and
beautiful and it was also a little bit different the [C] way they did that [Em] you know they kind of split
it [B] up which I literally thought they'd end [Em] it and I'm like no I'm pretty sure it's in [A] four minutes
and that has not been four minutes.
[E] You know I was kind of [D] scared like that was two [C] minutes you know
but I really [E] really loved that.
[D] It was very [A] wonderful and beautiful and elegant [Em] and just
gorgeous [D] performance as [G] usual.
[Em] So thank you so much for this wonderful suggestion.
