Chords for Using a Violin Bow on a Guitar Sounds Incredible

[Eb] I'm going to play the guitar with it like one of my [G] heroes, Jimmy Page, [Ab] once did.
Now, I have no idea [Eb] what to look for in a [F] violin bow.

[Abm] I have no idea how this [Fm] is going to turn out, but [Ab] if it goes well, maybe I'll come up with

I've always thought PRS [Ab] guitars are the closest thing in the guitar [Ebm] world to a violin.
I've [F] also heard Paul reference many times over the years the amazing [D] violinist Stradivari,
[Cm] so it seems like he could be thinking about the [F] violin when he is building his guitars.
[Cm] Now, I'm imagining I'm going to need a little [Bb] bit of gain and compression in [Cm] order to really
make these notes not only [Bb] even, but come out with a little [Cm] ease.
So I've got a compressor here from [F] Empress FX going into an [Cm] overdrive pedal from Copper [Ab] Sound Pedals.
If [F] I'm feeling saucy, I might stack [Bb] another overdrive from [Ab] Strymon.
And my [Bb] goal here is to get [F] really spacey [Cm] with this, so we're going to want some ambient
[Bb] effects like this delay pedal from [Eb] JHS Pedals and this [Gm] reverb pedal from [Eb] Walrus Audio.

The reason why you're not getting anything out of your violin, especially if it's a brand
new violin with a brand new bow, is because you need to put some rosin on the bow in order
to make a [F] sound.

_ _ There's something called rosin that you're supposed to put on a violin bow in order to
create friction between the bow and the strings.
And since I can't go anywhere right now, I have to order it online, so I guess I'll just
fast forward a few days in the future.
