to what moves you.

a go at least anyway.

I remember walking into the [A] studio. _

I think to watch him work _ with something that has stayed with me, the [E] _

femininity _ _ _ _ _ [E] _

Hammer of Thor.
_ _ There's this _ _ [E] _ duality [A] that he _ _ _ [E] possesses. _
_ _ _ At a time when a lot of women in music were _ _ _ circumcising their [A] femininity, _ _ _ thinking that
that made them [F] _
stronger, _ [Ab] _ I [B] began to [E] realize that that _ didn't make me stronger [A] at all,
_ but just _ empty. _
_ [Am] And so maybe [E] to see _ _ _ a guy _ _ _ not [A] shying away _ from the ancient feminine, _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the land, the great
mother, _ _ made me realize _ that _ _ _
_ [Ab] I needed to [A] claim it for myself.
_ [E] And so yeah, he was a real beacon at a time when I _ _ _ needed it.
