Well, [G] this [F#] is
[D] the Brazilian [F#] rosewood manifestation of [A#] my signature [G#] guitar.
[N]
PRS have managed to get hold of a large quantity of completely legal [Am] Brazilian
[Em] rosewood.
So this is [F#]
a bear claw top.
[G] So this is a Brazilian verse of my guitar.
[Bm] The major difference between this and their standard Angelus cutaway, apart from the bling,
which is [D#] lovely, a bit of bling is [A] always alright, for me [F] it's all about the neck [E] profile.
[F#]
The first prototypes Paul sent me would have been great acoustic guitars [F] for an electric player,
but not quite wide enough [D#] for [F#] fingerstyle play.
Because I also flat pick a bit, I needed something
that could do both.
[G#]
[D] And we worked on [A] [G#] getting the neck just [F] right, and it [D] is.
It's great for
everything I have to do, which is [F#] a variety of stuff.
I have to play [B] solo gigs, I played [G] last
weekend in Toronto, [N] accompanying a very traditional Irish fiddler, which is great to get a bit of that
with the lovely Maeve Donnelly.
So I have to hammer out rhythm stuff, because she plays like [E] a demon.
[D]
I accompany singers, [F#] I [G#] sit in with bigger [F] ensembles, and [F#] this one guitar does [F] everything I [E] need.
[D] [N] One guitar to do, I travel the world with this particular one, but with mine, which is at home.
And I did [A] 90,000 miles [G] last [F#] year, and the [G] guitar is rock solid, it's [Gm] completely stable,
[F#] it hasn't needed a [G#] setup, it comes out the case in [F#] Australia, it plays perfectly,
it comes out the case in southern Ontario where it's minus a million degrees, and it plays [F] perfectly.
So I'm really happy with [D#] this guitar.
And very happy that it's coming out in Brazilian [Dm] too.
[D]
I'll play that.
I'll play some Monteverdi.
