Why a hole?
[Db] All his life he'd been [Dbm] tormented, teased, and taunted, [A] but now his hunters would become the haunted.

Okay, so I was born with a lighting scar.

Okay, so this hole has a piano?
Sweeter than a fern in all his life, he'd never heard a sound like this, and he was
instantly in love.
The [Bm] voice of Flush was Carlo's [B] daughter, and the phantom went and sought her to become
his secret student and his muse.
[Ab] In [D] the distance, she found this oh-so-enigmatic virtue, oh-so-kinda-creepy, and I've got
some shocking news.
[Bb] Because she fell and fell hard, [C] he was battered and scarred, [Dm] she could see that inside there was more.

Wait a minute, I'm your boyfriend and you're gonna have to kiss?
That's gross, you're like my sister.

And though he [Bb] was hideous and she was [Dm] perfection, _ [Am] through music they found their _ [Bb] connection

control.

[Dm] And though his face tormented her and chilled her, [Bb] his compositions haunted her and thrilled

She was beautiful and he was hideous.

about her latest blow.

And really Ral traps it to his lair where he attacks him and they battle in the passageway below.

And when [B] he took his last breath, the [Db] man just welcomed his death, he'd [Ebm] rather die than live apart.
_ [Gb] When it [B] was over and done, Ral had killed him, he'd won, but [Ebm] he'd lost as the realm
was his heart.
His only [B] one friend, _ [Ebm] a keeper.
_ [Bbm] The man's love was so much deeper, [B] _ a loss [Ebm] that nothing could [Db] console.
