Hey, this is John

Thank you so much for taking a moment out of your day to check out our videos.

I've ever said that so
Hey, I got a great guitar for you today
This is a variation on a theme that I have bragged about many times before.
I really love the Taylor 812
If you know if you count the 912 is more of like a custom guitar.
I think the 812 is Taylor's best production guitar
and so
Taylor looked at the things that people were requesting to add to their 800 series guitars
Certainly [G#] in our shop.
Those things are go-to tuners
arm bevel more on custom guitars and Adirondack bracing
So they've put the three most popular
Upgrades in a single model and that is the deluxe series.
So this is the 800 deluxe
And of course you get the functional improvement of the Godot's and the comfort of the arm bevel
But the question everyone wants to know is how does it sound different?
How's the tone different than the regular 812?
And I liken this to the comparison of the Larrave OM 3 and the OM 40.
I [Gm] feel like I
Feel like the bracing in this guitar tilts the balance just a bit
Toward the low end and so it has just a bit chimier just a bit fatter lows
I think they're both excellent.
And so I
Think really if you wanted to get the best of both worlds, you should just get one of each
No here, let me just play for a second
And let you hear how this [F#] how this rings [Em] [A]
[Em] [A] [E]
you can hear there
Just a bit of a chunk in that low end a little bit of a chime
More so than the standard 812 it's really really very satisfying [B] and as always the Taylor Grand Concert making a sound much bigger than its size
I'll just play a little bit here.
What are we gonna [G]

[G] Taylor 812
David [E] play
all by [G] himself
So really really check that out it's got this it's just got this extra just dollop of [Em] fatness here
[E] Super super satisfying
[A] and at the same time
[G#] [A#]
[F] [E] Tons of punch as well.
So once again, this is the Taylor.
It's the 812 C deluxe version.
Thanks so much for watching
