[A] Hey all, if you don't know much about slide playing, and I don't, [E]
[G#] that's a good one to
start out with, because I'm almost positive that's Mark playing it, this part.
And he was an outstanding guitar player for what [Em] T-Rex was.
In fact, he's one of my favorite players.
[E]
But he wasn't Jimi Hendrix.
At any rate, this is just an E,
[A] [B]
[E] [G] and that's just, you can hear he's getting some G in
there, but really it's the B and E strings.
[Em] But it's because of his unsophisticated slide style that it sounds so crazy, which is great.
But you're just up at the 12th fret, as much or as little actual vibrato as you [E] want.
[Dm] And then the only other thing is it goes [Em] up.
[E] Some [A] of that stuff at the end where he's just fiddling around with it.
[Em] But the solo is just 12 to 15, 12 to 15.
[E]
[Em] But a good one to just fiddle around with slide playing, and getting the slide over
[A] the top, or pressing them down like when you're fretting, you press them down, or you're sliding,
[E] you're really sliding over it.
I have to do a lot of pressure on my wrist.
So good luck messing around with that one.
