Balcony TV!
[Eb] Hey guys, I'm Badmoon Spett with Balcony TV Las Vegas for a special edition at the Top of the Tap in Boulder City, Nevada.
We're here with Sad Girl and what song are you guys going to play for us today?
It's called Breakfast for [D] Two.
Alright, you guys take it away!
[G] Should have never [A] let it go
[G]
I should have never said [Am] it was [G] over
You're not my girl, [A] but I'm wrong
[G] Cause you're the girl I [A] want to be all [Am] of my time
[Bm] Oh, I [A] would like [G] for the day [A] to tonight
[G] When I still want you [A] right here [Am] by my side
[Bm] Oh, [A] I would like [G] for
[Bm] a [A] very long [G] date
[C] So [Bm] spend the night, [A] I'll [G] make things right
[C]
And [Bm] share a breakfast [G] for two
[A]
[G]
[Am] [A] [G] Should have never [Am] let you go
[G] Should have never [Am] said it was over
[Bm] I [A] would like [G] for you [Em] [Bm]
to [A] carry it on [G] into
[C] [Bm] So spend the night, [Am]
I'll [G] make things right
[C] [Bm] And share a [G] breakfast for two
[D] [C]
Thank you!
Thank you, thanks for having us!
So you guys are about to play the grand opening of the Tap and the Best Western here in Boulder City.
Did you ever think you were going to play in a parking lot of a Best Western?
No, it's been a dream of ours though for a long time.
I'm glad you could realize that today.
So I've noticed that a few of your newer music videos are very cinematic.
Is that something you guys are going to be doing more of?
Is there an inspiration behind that?
Yeah, [Ab] I mean I think we're all fans of movies and [G] cinema
and I think our music is fairly cinematic.
So yeah, it's kind of fun to make it more than just the music
and have there be a visual accompaniment.
Are you working with the same director for most of them?
We've done a couple with different directors.
The first video that we did, [D] my sister directed it
and just did it on a VHS camcorder which was really fun to do.
[Ab] Then we did a kind of higher budget one that we did a Kickstarter campaign for
and raised money, like crowd-sourced money.
And two of our good friends directed [Abm] that.
And then [N] we did a third one that a mutual friend, someone who reached out to us, [Ab] did that one.
And then we're kind of in the works with a few friends.
We keep it in the family.
Awesome, [D] that's cool.
Do you have anything to say to all the sad girls out there?
Take your vitamins.
You heard it here, folks.
Thanks for watching [E] Balcony TV Las Vegas, special edition in Boulder City, Nevada.
Thank you.
