So I think the first goal is okay
Let's catch the true sound of the drums and then [D] go from there

it's 57 on the snare and we'll put some 414s on the overs and the beta 52 on the kick drum and maybe a
47 set and
421s on the toms and you know a couple of coals on the rooms and I have no idea what's

[G] Super natural a lot of the compression
There are no [Bb] compression on the clothes [Am] like and they've compressed [G] the [Dm] rooms a little bit a lot of times
It's just a matter [C] of if like if it's a small little [G] room
You can you don't really want to bash luckily here and [F] in our big [G] old 606 room.
You can [C] kill the drums
[D] I mean you can beat the crap out of them and [F] [G] still get a pretty good sound out of them

but I still want to be able to have a [F] creative [G] environment at home to be able to [D] record a

We have [Bb] a TDM HD system here
[Am] We have the eight, you [D] know the HDX system and and it sounds great
[C] And we're actually run the studio has a symphony that we're running Pro Tools [G] HD through when we were putting the rig together for [Bb] his house
We didn't want [Am] to put a recording rig [D] to the house
And [Dm] so we decided it would be a 16 [C] tracks
And so we found some mic freeze that [G] we thought were good and then the symphony was perfect
It [F] was expandable.
I can [G] do 16 by [C] 16.
I had the [D] Thunderbolt directly to the iMac
[F] So I just [G] knew I could really very [C] easily
[D] Put a super clean sounding [F] good [G] rig at his house
He's [D] to be honest going from here to his house now with the symphony on a Thunderbolt
It's a cool rig don't [F] make a kick-ass record
