He seemed that I'd never met him but soft spoken, _ gentle
I was just describing him [G] and it was just, that's the way I
It was [E] all over the media and it just came and I just [B] thought I'd write that song
It just inspired me to write that song
But it could be about any goth guy almost, [E] you know, that wears make-up _

So I was kind of thinking, oh I'm going to get flooded
And then I just thought, well actually

And the water shortages that are around the world
There's probably going to be wars in the future over water _
And there's all that ice and they could just transport it now

Because obviously I don't live in London but I come up to London

And it's got that silly line in it, is this the new world or the ice cream
You know, like _ there's the pulse and the fastness of the city
And yeah, it's quite nice, it's got some young people
