What do you say to someone [A] who feels like they've lost it all?
[Bm] Over the edge with no one [D] there to break their fall.
And what do you say to someone [A] who feels so [Bm] unloved?
Giving themselves away a little bit [G] every day just to be good enough.
[Em] And what do you say to [D] a hopeless soul [G] who can't [Bm] remember their way home
[Em] and everything [D] is out of their control?
[A] There is [D] no valley, there is [Bm] no darkness,
there [G] is no star [D] greater than the grace of [A] Jesus.
There is [D] no hope, there is [Bm] no distance,
there [D] is no heartbreak, He can [A] take you through.
[B]
So [Em] before you think that [D] you're too lost [A] to say,
remember [Em] there is [A] nothing greater than [G] grace.
[D]
[F#m] Don't [Bm] lose hope, [Em] don't [A]
[Bm] give up,
[G] there [Em] [D]
[Bm] is no [G] star greater than the [A] grace of Jesus.
[D]
There [Bm] is no distance, there [D] is no heartbreak,
He can [A] take you through.
[Em] [D] [A] So before you think
[Em] [D] that you're too [A]
[Em] lost to say,
remember there is [A] nothing greater than [D]
grace.
[A] [Bm]
[B] There is no heartbreak, [G] there is no heartbreak,
there is no heartbreak greater than [D] the grace of Jesus.
[N]
There is no hope, there is no distance,
there is no heartbreak, He can take you through.
Let me read some of those words for you again, because I think they really, really hit the
nail on the head for many, many of us today.
There is [A#] no valley, no valley, [N] there is no darkness, none.
There is no sorrow greater than the grace of Jesus.
If those are the only words you remember today, take them with you this week.
And I am so grateful that Point of Grace is with us today.
I know you've had a really rough week on the road as well, and early morning call.
And you know, they have sold more than five million albums.
They have eight Dove Awards, and they have a brand new CD out called No Changing Us,
right?
That's right.
Yeah, and tell us why that title.
Well, we've been singing gospel and Christian music for a little over 15 years now, and
a song kind of came across our desk when we were looking for music for this record
called No Changing Us.
And it was a beautiful song of commitment, and it made us think of our examples that
our parents have left for us.
You know, they've all been married, each of our parents have been married over 40 years,
which is really something to celebrate in this day and age.
But it kind of has a double meaning for us, because just in the past year and a half or
so we have also had the opportunity to cross over some of our music into the country music
market [D#] and sort of gain a whole new set of listeners, which has been a blessing for us
but we wanted to call the album No Changing Us just to make sure that all the people that
have listened to us for years on the Christian music charts knew that Christian music was
where our heart was and where our love is and that we're not going to change.
Well, God bless you.
It's a wonderful, wonderful message that you're giving to everybody, a wonderful ministry.
And I just want to say thank you, Jesus, [C#] for Point of Grace.
Bless them indeed for [N] you.
Thank you, girls.
Love you.
God bless you.
