So a few years back, I realized my dad was getting on.
He's still around, he's 98 now.
And I didn't know him as well as I could, so
He's been doing yoga for 50 years or so,
so we went off, just the two of us and a yoga instructor.
And we did a lot of these stretches where you get one person

So it was more physical contact that I had with my dad
