The main thing you have to do is you have to [Gbm] keep God first
in [Bb] everything you do.
And [Bbm] a lot of times there will be a chord that you don't think you can
do but you pray about it, God [Gb] can give you chords and [Eb] show you, he'll touch your [Db] mind
and have you do whatever you think you [E] can't do.
And [Ebm] listen to not just [A] musicians [Abm] in your
hometown [Eb] but musicians [Bbm] all across the country because everybody has a different style.

[A] York, New York, New York, they all have different styles.
And you can get [Ab] all them styles and
[Eb] put them together and come up with your own [Ebm] style.
And that's what I did.
I learned from
[Bb] musicians such as Melvin, [Ebm] Melvin Crisbell, he's from New York, one of the greatest.

father's also a [Ebm] musician, Reverend Timothy Wright.
And then Brother Derry [Ab] Jackson from
Memphis [Db] and you put a bunch of styles together and you come up with your own style.
And it
gives you a unique sound but [G] nobody can say you [Gb] sound like such and such and such and
you're your own person.
[Em] So remember to keep God first and pray [Db] about everything you do.
