Well, we all grew up [Am] in Byron Bay together, which is [G] like a surf town on an island.
_ _ We all were friends and it's an [Am] amazing school we all came from.

We're [Gm] parcels from the east coast of Australia, but currently [Eb] residing in Berlin.
[Gb] I would have never [Fm] thought I'd meet [Bbm] my _ _ [Ab] _

It was like just the concept of [A] wanting to come to Europe pretty much
[Bb] and just hearing rumours [B] about what Berlin was like and yeah, the music scene and just,
there's a lot [Fm] of concerts in Berlin, which is totally different from where we're [Eb] from.
[Bb] It's [A] shaking [Bbm] me.
_ _ _ And it's so tough.
Byron Bay, there's like no big bands really come through,
so it's super cool to be in a place where _ bands are always touring
[Bbm] and it's like a main city where you can just go [Fm] see a concert on the weekend of a band that you really [Eb] like. _

_ _ [Eb] _ _ _ _ We want to create a disco scene in Berlin [Ab] because we feel like it's lacking [Bb] it, don't we? _

I thought it was absolutely [F] fucking great.
The crowd went [Ebm] insane.
Unless you're dead, you can't help but move to that stuff.
It was [Bb] like Saturday Night Fever.
[Bbm] _ They're the tightest funk band I've [Bbm] ever seen. _
_ _ [Bb] _ The vibe was there and the crowd was amazing.
[Gb] It was a bit of a shock.
I think we came in thinking that it would be very more strict, _
but yeah, [Bbm] no, it was heaps of fun. _ _
