Start Jamming...
[F#] So we just came [D#] from New Orleans and it's 15 hours of a drive and the boys were amazing.
It was phenomenal.
Best concert ever.
I [F#] loved it.
I [C#] can love [G#] their faces.
[F#] [G#]
And [F#] put it on [G#] on stage and Liam took my [F#] beanie and he put it on and he was jumping around and it was so [C#] cute and I want to cry and I'm [G#] already crying.
Best night of my [F#] [G#]
[D#] life.
We are backstage here getting ready for the gig tonight.
[F#] Yeah, it's just a nice opportunity to actually meet [G#] the fans.
Great to be back in [F#] America.
We're all through our [D#] soundcheck now.
All the fans are going to be there.
[F#] Really looking forward to it.
Last night was [G#m] crazy so Florida is stepping it up.
[F#] Hopefully, tonight is going to be as good as last night.
[G#] Great place.
Weather is [C#] amazing.
People are amazing.
Doing [G#] live shows is great.
We had our first show [F#] in America yesterday and [G#] it was just sick.
When we're on [F#] stage and we get to perform to the [G#] fans and we get to see all our fans in one place enjoying our music and having fun and stuff, that's definitely the best part of the drive.
[F#] [C#] [G#]
My mum [F#m] bought me these boxers.
[C#] I wore them yesterday on stage, [F#] believe it or not, [G#] because they're my lucky pants.
[F#] [G#]
Schedule is pretty [F#] packed.
We had the morning off this morning but [G#] when you've got the morning off you don't want to lie in bed and be late [F#] like any other teenager.
So when you've [G#] got a bit of downtime you [Em] end up doing [F#] training and stuff, you've got to find time to eat.
But yeah, we [G#] just have to pack everything in.
[F#] Good stuff, I'm here.
[G#]
[F#] Just [G#] kind of get into a routine of joking around and stuff before a [C#] show.
Before we go on stage it's just kind of, [G#] I don't know, we try and relax to be honest.
By looking at this [C] restroom you [G#] would never be able to tell that there was a band going on [F#] stage in an hour.
There's no one here.
[G#]
[F#] [G#m] It's when you kind of get artificial [G] nerves is when you try and pump [D#] yourself up loads I think.
You just kind of chill out and then it's more adrenaline that hits you rather than nerves so I think that's a good way to do [F#] it.
[G#]
We've got four minutes [F#] to stage.
First show ever in [C#] Miami.
[G#]
Time to go on stage.
[F#] [G#]
Let's go.
[F#] Got a show to do in [G#] Lulawood.
We're on our way to the stage in [F#] Miami, Florida.
I [G#] expect it to be a good crowd.
We played Polo today [F#] which is now 45 [C#] minutes down [G#] the road.
Yesterday and it was amazing so [F#] hopefully more than safe today.
[C#m] The fans are ready.
[G#] Let's go give it a go.
[F#] [C#] [G#]
We've got a [F#] course of going on the show, loads of firing and stuff.
[G#] For me the best bit is going out in [G] front of the audience on the big floating stage.
[G#] I've got my [F#] belt on and I kind of turn it around so the [G#] hook's on my back like a safety hook and then I kind of just lean [F#] out like Titanic over [C#] the fans.
[G#]
[F#] [C#m] We've got to do a load of quick [F#] changes in the show.
Getting changed as fast as we [C#m] can in a few [G#] seconds so that's quite fun but having [F#] five people in a room, they're usually quite [C#m] small rooms so bashing off people and stuff to get [F#m] yourself ready.
The first tour was a lot worse.
[G#] Those were super quick [F#] changes.
I went on one time and [G#] I hadn't even got my shoes tied or anything.
I think I went on holding my shoes just [F#] to get on the stage.
We're in [G#] Miami and we thought we'd go on the encore and come on [F#] in some Miami heat jerseys [G#] and here we are with our names on our [D#] backs.
[G#]
[Cm] The feeling never really changes.
[G#] You're waiting before a show and you [D#] feel nervous and then as you walk on you get that adrenaline and you're like right, I'm ready for a big gig.
[G#] The only thing that really changes for me is if I was in a band or whatever, I [Cm] was just massively gut-wrenchingly nervous whenever I was going to do something [D#] on stage or whatever but now it's transferred from nerves into excitement and I'm [F] more excited and buzzed up to [Fm] go on stage but [A#] I still get the same rush and I still get the same buzz.
It has been actually one of my favourite gigs [F] so far.
The crowd have been just incredible [Fm] and as long as the [A#] crowd's good then we just put on the best show we can.
This sets up America.
America you've got a lot to live up [D#] to because East Coast Florida, they is bangin'.
