[N]
[Db] [G]
[F] [Bb] I [E]
[Eb] [F] [Db]
[F] [Bb]
[Gb] [Eb] will never explore music [Db] completely.
It's [Gb] an [Eb] infinite [Db] territory.
[Ab] I had an intuition [Db] that music is so vast
[Ab] that I would never be bored exploring it.
I [E] would never come to a point where [Ebm] I feel like I [Db] am done with it.
[F]
When [Eb] you have a couple hundred people in the room
[E] and you play alone on [F] a wonderful [Fm] CFX grand piano
and you are the focus, [Bb] you have a couple hundred [Eb] ears as well,
you [Ab] listen through, you [Db] imagine these ears.
[Eb] And [E] so it changes the music.
It makes [Fm] music usually [E] a little bit more on point.
And it sometimes can [Eb] make music better.
It can make improvisation better
because it gives some kind of [Gb] meaning [Eb] to the moment.
[Bb]
And this is playing music.
[Eb] You have always [G] a big to-do [Bb] list of the next notes,
the things you have to
It's just constantly your brain is full with things you have to take care of.
And when that is happening,
you will automatically arrive in the moment,
which people also know from meditation.
[Bbm] For me, inspiration is [Ebm] basically everything [Bb] what [Gb] polarizes [Bb] me,
everything [Eb] what I [Bb] recognize.
There is positive [E] inspiration and [Bb] negative inspiration.
Both can be used for the same cause.
You can invert negative inspiration and [F] make a good inspiration out of it
[Bb] because you think of the opposite of it and think about that and then make music.
[F]
[Gb] I'm the person who [Ab] doesn't dislike any genre.
[Bb] I'm the person who doesn't dislike any approach of [F] making music.
What I try to [Fm] be is to just be a little better, a little more [Bbm] skillful.
The older I grow, but I will [F] always feel like I'm that [E] young kid
[Bbm] who [Fm] tries to make music.
[Gb] I haven't heard before.
[Fm]
[F] Music will be the best teacher when you really listen.
[Ab] It [Bb] will tell you things which you can [Gb] only tell yourself.
[F] And that is [Ab] my [Eb] mission in making [Bb] music,
is helping people listen to themselves.
[Ebm] [Db]
[Bb] [Db] [Bb]
[E] [Bbm] [E]
[Bbm] [Eb] [Bbm]
[Bb] [Eb]
[Bb] [Eb]
