Steve Dellach here with nstuff music here today to talk about the Musicman Luke 3.
The guitar I'm holding here features a color of a blue Bodie with an alder body and a couple
different designs than the past Luke models that they've had.
One of the biggest ones is no more EMG pickups.
We got the new DiMarzio designed transition pickups that Steve Lukather helped Larry DiMarzio design.
A couple other things here, there's a boost put into the guitar and the volume if you
push up on it.
It's a 12 dB boost.
And then you got the 5-way selector switch.
The body of the guitar is alder and if I go up the neck here it's a rosewood neck.
Pretty big frets on there, real nice size.
And if I flip it over here, we got a battery compartment for the _ boost put in there.
And if I go up here, the neck looks a little different than on the other models [E] and what
that is is a roasted maple neck.
What that does is improves the stability of the neck so it doesn't keep going out.
And up here we got the locking tuners.
Great instrument to run around, perfect, [Em] great sounds.
