You do a D but leave that
high E over because it's now tuned down to D.

And also tuning both D's down allows you to do really
full strumming and not have to worry about muting anything.
[F#] So you just [B] hammer on the G [C#] string at the second fret. _

_ [A#] Do that a few million
times [G#] and then to A. _
_ _ _ _ _ _ And on the A you're hammering on
the D string.
_ Second fret.
You know, when you're [C#] playing the A
don't get too sloppy and hit that high E string because [G#] it's
kind of_ _ _ _
_ _ So you could I suppose cover it the second fret.
_ _ _ _ But I [A#] just don't play it.
_ So I'm going to run through this and
see what happens.
