Hey guys, this is Abel once again and today I want to show you how to take a basic pad and make it sound awesome
So let's just jump into it right here.
I have a blank a blank channel.
So what we're gonna do is go to
the es2 synthesizer
Today, I'm going really basic.
So I'm gonna take a a preset I'm gonna go down here
_ Send paths and just pick the choir path and believe it or not.
This is what we're gonna work with

Okay, nothing so awesome _ _
The first thing I'm gonna do is take this little dot and put it right in the middle
to _ [E] get equal sound from
all three oscillators and then I'm gonna turn this down the cutoff _ _ _ _ _ _ _ and then the FM a little bit _ _ _
_ _ _ _ About here then a little bit of drive _ _ _
_ _ Sorry, let me turn down the volume a little bit _ _ _ [B] _ _
_ on the oscillator 3 I'm going to shift it a octave _
_ _ _ [B] _ _
Do you [E] hear that it's
Starting to get a little interesting there
You can I'm sure you can use the glide a little bit light. _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ _ [B] _
_ _ _ You can adjust this to your taste _ _ _ _ _

We're gonna pick the cutoff 1 and 2 _ _ _ _

that's all I did in the
Plug-in now.
I'm going to the effects.
We can we can add an EQ if you want
Just gonna leave that there.
Maybe we go back later if we need it, but the effect I use to make this sound awesome
Is a reverb like I mentioned before this is my favorite reverb in logic and main stage
Which is the silver right _ here.
So without the reverb, this is how it sounds, right?

Clean up 90% and so far.

See that we're almost there and now go here in the reflectivity tune it up like
50 to _ _ _ [F#] _ _
_ 50 or some some [B] somewhere around that
_ _ _ _ So far, this is what we get _ _ _ if you want some
some
Modulation in there.
We can just go here and turn this up.
I'll leave it there and over here
