[F#] [C#] [D#]
[A#m]
[F#] The Lynch Mob is my core [D#m] musical vehicle.
[D#] The band has been around since [D#m] 1989.
[F#] It is the brotherhood in the truest sense.
I have tremendous respect and love for Sean [F] Ginni.
[D#]
[G#]
[D#m]
[B]
I [G#]
learned the theory of brotherhood early on from [B] my friends.
What I never knew was that [D] that could translate into [D#] music.
The
[C#]
[D#] Rebel album was written in a studio with just myself and Oney and an engineer.
So we decided on this [F#] record to get back to making it really a family project [D#] and to include everybody.
With this you're getting a band feel, you're getting a band [F#] vibe and I think you'll hear it.
It was a real honor to be involved in the writing [D#] process.
I think we brought all the best [G#] elements of the four of us and our brotherhood to this
[F#] record.
[B] All the answers, [G#]
so tell me all, tell me all, [F#] I want [B]
everything [D] you have,
[D#]
you're a [A] main [D#] offender.
Main [C#] Offender, it was
[G#m] about what was [D#] happening during the presidential debate and I thought
that that cat would be the main offender.
But I also thought of a storyline of a guy just cruising through life, taking advantage
of people, getting through life without getting ever harmed [C#] and manipulating [D#] people's minds.
[A] [D#]
That song we actually wrote at a sound check on the road.
Main Offender has a very primal, simple main element to it that's [A#m] very aggressive and translates
[D#] really well to this band.
It's got everything that lynch mob fans could ever want.
[C#] [C]
[C#] [D#]
[F] [G] [A]
All the world should stop.
[B] [C] The [D#] video for Mr.
[Cm] Jekyll and Hyde [C] was filmed at the CIA club.
We had a blast.
A really [D#]
creative, interesting freak [D] show video, [A]
kind of a circus, drugged out, mystical atmosphere.
[C] I wanna [F#] get freaky with you.
I [G#] wanna [C#] get freaky with you.
[D#] [F#] Lives inside of [G#] [C#]
[F#] a Mr.
Cloudy in [C#] your eyes.
[F#] Lives inside all I [G#] know.
[D#m]
The Bisto Blanco kids, they came down.
They got their freaky deaky [D#] rock show going on on their side too.
So it was a great, great thing [D#m] for them to show up.
Chuck Garrett from Bisto Blanco.
He was in the band The Lynch [D#] Mob, believe it or not, in 2002.
He'll always forever [D#m] be a Lynch Mob [G#] alumni.
For being all [F#] [B]
I can see, y'all [C#] play, but [G#] let's play down [G] with you when the [G#] wind makes us cry.
[Bm]
[Dm]
[Am] The [C#] song itself is [C] very trippy and hypnotic.
To me, one of the storylines of human [D#] existence is the story [F#] of Dr.
Jekyll [G#] and Hyde.
We all have [G] moments [A] when we walk the tightrope [F] in life, [C#] walking [D#] the high [C] wire, I call it.
I like to experiment in all things dangerous.
[G#]
[D#] [F] [G] [A] And having fun, within [A] reason.
[C] [C#] [F#]
The Mr.
Jekyll and [C#] Hyde [D#] [F#]
lives inside all I [G#] know.
[F#]
I'm Mr.
Cloudy in [C#] your eyes.
When [F#] we came out with the original Lynch Mob album, it set a [G#] sound for us and a chorus.
Here we are, 26, 27 years later.
[D#] I just like the fact that George and I are able to keep on stretching.
As a player, as [G#] a writer, for me that's very important.
Otherwise, we'd be fooling ourselves and we'd be fooling you.

[A] [G] The name of the record reflects what the band is about and what all my bands [C#] have been about
[Cm] since I've been a kid.
[G#] This is my second family.
[Am] We have a lot of experiences together.
[F] And that then becomes [G] part of the [A] music.
Mr.
Jekyll and Hyde.
