I was there nine, actually.
Nine years.
And tell us about that experience in just a few words.
Well, 400,000 folks coming to know Jesus.
_ My life changed.
You were the_ Worship leader.
Worship leader.
For what was known all over the world.
As the Brownsville Revival.
You know, I couldn't figure out one thing.
Why they called it Brownsville when it was in Pensacola, Florida?
_ Well, Brownsville is like a little suburb.
Oh, yeah.
It's kind of the red light district.
We were, we had the prostitutes running up and down the church, in front of the church,
and the drug deals going on in the parking lot.
It was the red light district.
And so that's why we called it the Brownsville Revival.
Brownsville Revival, yes sir.
God used you in such an incredible way for all those many years.
Changed my life.
He changed my life in His presence.
He took a boy who grew up in church all of his life, and by His grace, just touched me in such a way.
You experienced something there that you have never experienced anywhere in your life.
And I'm holding on.
