The love of singing is different for every single singer.
[D]
[A] We all started somewhere, [F#] we all had a moment of like, I want to be able to sing,
[D] I want to be able to do that.
Somehow that seed is planted [F#] and it will grow without you even realizing [A] it.
[D]
[F#] If you're wanting to learn to sing and [A] you're feeling really nervous [D] or scared or terrified or totally frozen on the spot,
I just want to encourage you to give it a go anyway.
Your comfort zone [F#] only grows when you [A] push yourself outside of it.
[D] [F#] It's exciting to be a [A] singer because the more you learn about your voice, [D] the more technique you learn essentially,
the more you can [F#] express yourself, the more you [A] can be creative with your sound,
[D] the more you can kind of weird people out or make people feel a feeling that you [F#] can't explain with words.
[A] [D] Some people think they're tone deaf [F#m] but they actually just don't know [E]
how to use their [D] voice.
You don't know how to drive [E] a car until you learn to drive a car.
[G#m] [A]
There's nothing wrong with trying to imitate somebody else's [F#] voice because you can [E] pull certain techniques from [D] different [A] voices,
try out different styles, but ultimately [F#] there's only one of you.
[E] [D] You [F#] have music with you everywhere you go, you [B] can make music wherever you [D] are.
I don't need to take my instrument, I am the instrument.
[F#]
[E] [D] For anyone who's a [A] real beginner to singing, this [F#] is a really good course to use just because [E] there are so many foundational elements [D] to it
and ways that you can learn to use your voice [F#] as opposed to being told [E] how to use your voice.
This is all about [D] exploration.
If you're at home in your [F#] own space and nobody's there [E] listening, you can just explore [D] your own voice in your own time.
There's no rush, there's no pressure [F#] and you can spend as long as you [E] need or as little time as you need.
[D] [C#m] I'm Hannah and I'm going to teach you how to [D] sing.
[E] [A]
