What's up everybody?
So I've been getting a lot of questions about the killing floor video that I uploaded basically how to play it
Tablature can I show you [Gb] and I'll show you right now because I [Bb] don't think there's any tablature online
Is the standard blue song in a?
[Ab] [Abm]
[Ab] [Eb] [Bb]
Key of a it's a 1 4 5 progression [Ab] so it starts in a
[Db] goes to D
[Eb] [Ab] Those are the three [Ab] chords
[Db] [Ab] [Db]
[Ebm]
[Ab] [Eb] So it's basically a D and E are the three [Bb] chords just in the standard [Db] progression
[Gb] [Ab]
[G] So he [Bb] does a lot of opening [N] Hendrix.
That is I'm gonna show you how I play it.
It's pretty close [Ab] having but um
Does a lot of the open a here in the beginning?
So he does the open a along with the active
above it on the seventh fret
[Bb] So he hammers on to the seventh fret
pulls off [Gbm] and then
[C] [Ebm] [B]
[Ab]
[Eb] [Abm] [A] [Abm] Okay, [Ab] [Abm]
[Db] [Ab] [Abm]
[Eb] [Bbm] [Bb] so [Ab] hammers on pulls off
[Bb] And then it was back on [Ab]
[Abm]
[Db] [Abm]
[Bb] and he does
[C] It's really cool in the song [A] keeping the a going you can either have your bass player
[Bb] Play the [Ab] a just throughout the whole beginning.
So it hangs out there
Otherwise use your thumb and keep it there and constantly hit it or use the open a [Abm] or both
[Ab]
[Bbm] [Ab] [B]
[Ab]
[B] Okay, so then the main [Bb] part well, let's go back play this one slower actually I'll play it up to [Eb] speed the the [Abm] intro
[Eb] [Abm]
[Bm]
[Bbm] Okay, [Eb] so then break it down again [Ab] slower
[Abm]
[Ab]
[Eb] [Abm]
[Db] [Eb] [Bbm]
[Ab] Okay
So that's that part [Bb] and then the then the main part of [Ab] it is
[B] [Cm] And you can do this any number of ways [Ab] you can go
[Eb]
[Ab] [Gb] [B] If you want you [Ab] can go all the way down so
[Abm] [Ab]
[B] [Eb] [Abm]
And I think what I did was [B] so [Eb]
[Bb] it's just down the pentatonic [Abm] scale
[Ab]
[B]
[Db] [B]
[Eb] [Db]
[G] [Abm]
[Db] [Bbm] [B] So that's basically the song it just does it over and [Abm] over again
[Am]
And then he goes up [Bb] into his crazy solos which are [C] cool but so [Bb] that's basically the intro and stuff like that I don't know
[Abm] [Ab]
[Abm]
[Ab]
[F] [Eb]
[Ab] [Bb] Um, so that's basically the song [Ab] I don't know if there's any other questions message me maybe [Eb] I'll put up another video
[Abm] [Ab]
[Gb] [Gm] [B] That's basically it
