[D#m] 4 on the floor, [F#] hi-hat will play 8 notes and the snare will have [N] this pattern _ _ _ _ _

_ That's to keep it simple but in the song you also hear a thumb playing on the third note from the snare

_ _ _ _ _ _ Also you hear a shaker going playing 16 notes
Now if I play that 16 note pattern with my right hand only
_ I won't be able to keep up.
Maybe some other people will but I can't
_ So I'll play 3 16 notes instead of 4

Additionally instead of playing the hi-hat with one hand.
You can also play the hi-hat with two hands and
_ Alternate between the thumbs and the snare.
You just have to figure out when which hand is playing the
Snare and when which hand is moving to the thumb.
