Hi, [F] June Millington here.
I'm just gonna play for you a little [F#] bit.
I'm [B] playing
my 57 Les Paul that I've had since Fanny, the early Fanny days.
[N] And I'm gonna play a little bit from a track that we just cut for the Fanny Walk the Earth album.
It's a song I wrote right here in the IMA barn, and it's called
Storm Crossed.
So
I'm playing through a Fender Duville
that's got four tens.
And the reason I like tens is because they have a little bit more give.
You know, you can kind of
There's a little depth to it.
So I like rhythm a lot.
So this rhythm [E] sound is
[D] [E] I like that.
[B] They add a little bit of spice, and that's another reason why I like it.
So you get a little bit of that
[B]
[D] And then, you've got the [G] overdrive, which I've got [A] set at an overdrive place.
[E] [Fm] So I'll just play [E] through a little bit.
[G]
[Em]
[E]
[F#m] [E]
So, [G]
[C] [Em]
you know, it's [E] all in your fingers.
It's all in the hands.
[F] I'm not using too many pedals these days because
you know, I just turned 70.
I don't have roadies.
I just want to do like one thing and do it well.
Thanks for joining me.
