[N] [B] It was a nice morning and I was sitting behind my piano [A] and just having my quiet time with God [G#] and worshipping,
praying, reading [A#] my Bible and on a certain moment [A] I read this verse from Isaiah 6 [F#m] verse 3 where it [C#] says,
Holy, holy is [A] the Lord Almighty and the whole [F#] earth is full of His [B] glory.
And [A#] after that I read Romans 11 36 where it says,
For [Am] from Him and through Him [A#] and for Him are all things.
To Him be the glory forever.
And I remember that it was [A] like a prayer for me, Lord fill [A#] this house with your glory right now,
because [E] everything is through you, [C#] it's all for you.
You know, [A#] I breathe because of you and [Am] I desire to see your glory, to [A] [Gm] feel this place where I am.
And it [B] was in this moment that the song [F#m] came alive and I think it was within 10 minutes.
[A] And, you know, normally songwriting is like a long [B] process, always [G#] working,
wrestling with thoughts, with melodies, with words, [A] lots of work.
But [F#] it was just there [G] and a [A#] few days later we played at a conference, a praying and fasting conference in [A] Holland.
And I said to the band, I got this new song, I want [G#] to sing it.
[F#] So [A] on this night we started to sing [A#] this song and, you know, the people just continued singing and [F#m] they didn't stop.
[D] They didn't stop singing.
And after 45 minutes of singing, the [Bm] preacher came on stage and [D] he was going to preach.
So I went to [A] the [F#m] bathroom, but [B] I was still there.
And I [E] remember the people [G#] came [A] in and they said, well, come back, come back,
because the preacher doesn't want to go [D] preaching.
He wants you to continue leading worship.
[F#] So as a band, we came, we went back to the [A#] stage and we continued to worship and sing out [D] this prayer.
Fill this house with your glory.
And [F#] then on a certain moment, we just saw [A#] it happen.
[D] God showed up and filled the room where [A] we were.
He filled it [E] with his glory.
[Am] And I've never [D] experienced something like that.
People were [C#m] healed.
People were touched.
People [F#] were spontaneously delivered.
[Bm] People started to confess [E] their sin.
People [D] fell on the ground.
And there was such a [C#] tangible, [F#] sweet presence of God.
[A#] It's a desire.
[D] It's a prayer for God [A] to fill our house [E] with his glory, to fill our life, to [D] fill our hearts,
to fill our land, to fill his [A] church with his glory, with his presence.
For all [D] things are from him.
[A] All things are through him.
And all things are for him.
And to him be all the glory forever and ever.
[Bm]
Amen.
