[E] How are y'all doing today?
This is for y'all who want to learn the 1-Duralot solo.
I got most of it from a tab, so it's probably not exactly correct.
But I guess I'll show you what I know.
First off, you slide down to the 3rd fret of the A string from the E string.
That's just the 5th fret, [D] sorry.
Slide from the 5th to the 3rd.
Then slide back.
[A] [D]
Then you go
Pretty much the same lick.
[Ab] Then it's a walk down between these two strings.
[E]
[Em] [A]
I'll play it a little slower.
[D] [G]
[F] [Dm]
Then, [G] that whole part right there sounds like this.
[E]
[D] [Em]
[Eb] [E] [Eb] Then, there's a little fast lick at 12th position.
And it's on the bottom 3 strings.
And what you [Bm] want to do, I'll play it real slow for you.
[G] [D]
[Gb] And it's 12, 14, [G] 14, 15, and 14, 15.
And that's played pretty fast.
Then you get that bend on the 15th fret, afterwards on [D] the high string.
[Ab] After [E] that, you want to mute the A string twice [A]
[E] to get that sound.
And then on the 12th [G] fret on the 3rd string.
With some pitch harmonics.
[E] [A] I actually do that.
It's power chords from 5th position, 3rd position, back [E] to 5th position.
On the A and [Ab] D string, I think it is.
[D] 4th string.
[Bm] [E] So, all together that sounds like this.
[D]
[G] [F] [A]
[D] [E] Then you want to slide down the same thing that we did the [D] first time.
The same slide.
And it's pretty much the same lick over again, just a little bit modified.
It is.
[Dm]
[G] [F]
[Dm] [G]
[Dm]
[Em]
That's easy.
Pretty much the same thing as before.
And then there is a bend.
[Gb] With holding down the 13th fret on the 2nd string.
With your pinky.
And bend up on the 12th fret with 3rd [G] string.
[F] [Gb] And that's plucked one after another.
Then it's power chords again.
Right [C] here.
[Em] And then open [Eb] on the 2 strings.
The 2 4th and 5th [A] strings.
[E] Or you can play it right [D] here.
Whichever you want.
But the whole solo together sounds like this.
[G]
[Em] [Dm]
