It's kind of got a jazzy bluesy feel really goes over

There's lots of changes in it, but the chords are pretty basic
Those chords [E] are C
[C] There's [Em] a C 7 so all it is is your C shape with the baby finger [C] on the third string from the bottom
in the third fret C set
There's [F] an F
There's [G] a G 7

There's [A] an A
and a D [D] 7
