hey I'm going to teach you how to play Juliet by Cape Town I just submitted a
ultimate guitar tab so when it's up I'll put in the description so you can check
it out cool cool so Juliet is basically like four chords and I have the cape on
one if you want to match the key that he plays it in but like it's detuned a
little bit and like the studio version so it's not gonna sound like exactly
right but we'll just have to live with it okay so the first chord is a C over G
[F#] [A#m] a minor a minor over [C#] e yeah so it's what it sounds like [F#]
[A#m] [F#]
[A#m] [F] so [A#m] that's the progression
for the intro and the verse and like the little interlude sections that's the main
progression and [F] how you want to strum it I don't I don't really [C#] like I don't
really take the time to like learn it but I'll put it in the description it'll
be down there like D U D U that just means down strum up strum and [F#] what I
like [A#m] to do is play the root note [C#] like before you play the chord [A#m] like [F] that [A#m] and
another thing that he does is on the last chord the A minor over E he does
this thing [F] he lifts his index finger off so it goes like [A#m] that that's just a
down up strum [C#] it's just like a little [D#] accent thing that if you want to [A#m] emulate
it that's fine but not important you know [C#] it's not like he and then when you
go to the chorus the first time it sounds like
Julia [F#] special [A#m] girl right then we go [D#m] to D minor but I need to [F#] understand F [C#] but I
can [F#] power through when I need some help from you [C#] when I should stay my [A#m] ground
when I need to [F#] just sit down [C#] sometimes I act like I know [A#m] but I'm really [F#] just a kid
with [C#] two chords in [F#] his eyes and a bully in his head so the chorus is [D#] it's almost
like the verse but just the [C#] last chord is different C over G [A#m] F A minor [F#] and then
F again [A#m] instead of going to A minor over E you [F#] go back to F [N] that's the chorus what else
oh there's like a little little like solo section slash like bridge section
[C#] and here's what it sounds like I'll play the chords first [F#] it's the [A#m] first four
chords are like the the ones for the verse and then it goes this different
thing [F] D minor E [F#] major F [F#m] major F minor [C#] sounds like from [A#m]
[F] [F#]
[G#] the last course to the
end it's just [F#] the the four chords for [C#] the chorus yes that's basically a whole
song I'm gonna be posting a cover of it that's probably how you got here cuz
I'll link it in the description of that but hope you enjoy my cover hope this
was an okay tutorial like I don't do stuff like this cool so if you would
like to subscribe that'd be great cuz I probably post more tutorials let me know
if you want me to teach you anything or like find the chords out to anything
yeah thanks see you later bye
