HOW TO PLAY ANNA (GO TO HIM) BEATLES | Guitar Pilgrim chords
Start Jamming...
[D] [Bm] You come [D] and ask me girl,
[Bm] to set you free girl
[Bm] You say he loves you more than me, so I will set you free, [D] go with him
[Bm] Hey
[D] [Bm] [Am]
[E] guys, welcome back to another tutorial.
So, we're going to [G] start with a C chord
3rd [A] finger, 2nd finger and 1st finger
[Bm] And first off we're going to play the A string, then a strum
1st, 2nd, 3rd string, then remove your 3rd and 2nd finger
And it's 2nd finger [D] and 3rd finger
[Bb] [B] [D]
[Bm] [G] Then it's on to A minor, [B] first play the open A string
[Am] What you want to do is, you want to press the 3rd and 2nd string, 1st fret, all with your index finger
We're going to play the A minor, and we're going to switch to the A minor major [Bm] 7
So do not play the A minor like you normally would do
[G] You want to have 2 strings, pressing down with your index finger
[D] [Bm]
[D] [Bm]
[Em] [D] Now in the verse we have 4 chords, C, [Am] A minor, [G] this time nothing awkward or strange about this A minor
You can hold your 1st and 2nd finger, and simply put down your 3rd [A] finger at the 2nd fret, the 3rd [Bm] string
[G] Then we have D minor, 2nd, [Am] 1st and 3rd finger
You can either use your 3rd finger or little finger, doesn't really matter, whichever you prefer
[Em] I'm going to play the 3rd finger
Then we have G7, now if you're a beginner, you can [A] just remove your 2nd and 3rd finger
And this is a G7, [G] as long as you do not play the 2 thickest strings
But what you eventually want to do is also use your 3rd and 2nd finger
[D] Strumming, it's a very well known strumming pattern
Here in this next part [G] we have 2 chords in 1 bar
And what you want to do is, on the first 2 strums we're going to play the C
And the other 4 strums is A minor
Exactly the same thing on D minor as well, and G7
Ok, [Bm] [A] [D]
let's play the verse from the beginning, here we go
1, 2, 3, 4
[Bm] [D] [Bm]
[D] [Bm]
[A] [Bm]
[D]
[E] Coming from the C, we're going to hold the 3rd finger
Then first your little finger, then your 2nd finger
And lastly, press down [G] all 6 strings with your index finger
If it doesn't sound quite nice, make sure that your 3rd finger
[Am] Is pressing against the little finger, make sure [E] it is as near to the fret as [Am] possible
Then we also have a C7, which is a C chord
But also we're going to add the little finger at the 3rd [G] fret of the 3rd string
[D] [E] Then we're going to play a D7, coming from the F
You [G] can hold your [Am] 2nd finger, try to do so
1st finger, 3rd finger
[G] And lastly we also have a G chord
Now G chord you can play in a number of ways
You can play it with 4 fingers, which [A] is perfectly fine
[Am] Or also with 3 [A] fingers
[G] Ok, from the top, start with F
2, 3, 4
[D]
[G]
[E]
[A] [D]
[F] [Eb]
