I'm going to show you how to play Sweet Child O' Mine.
I know [A] I'm using an _ acoustic guitar, and it's supposed to be played on an electric guitar, [Bm] but_
[Em] Just bear with me, because [N] this is an easy tutorial.
I'm going to tell you everything that you need to know.
All the frets, it's beginners, okay?
_ _ _ So, it's just, [Em] if you want to play the tune, play it.
It'll sound like _ it's better on electric.
Okay, so, _ first note you're going to play is on the 12th fret _ on the 4th string, right there.
4th string, 12th fret, okay?
You're going to put that with your pointer finger, okay?
[Bm] So you're going to hold it down.
That _ note_

So, then, after that, you're going to move over 3 frets to the 15th [Bm] fret.
_ 15th fret, right here, okay?
You're going to put your pinky on the 2nd string.
The strings go up 1, 1, 2, 3, [B] 4, 5, 6, okay?
So, 4, 2 with your pinky, _ _ [Bm] _ okay? _
_ _ [D] And then you're going to put your ring finger on that string in between those two [Eb] strings, which is the 3rd string.
But you're going to put it 1 fret back from your pinky, which is the 14th fret.
So, _ pointer on the 4th _ string, _ 12th fret, pinky on the 15th fret, 2nd string, _ and ring finger on the 14th fret, 3rd string, okay?
And you're going to play them in that order, too.
So you're going to skip this string when you [B] play it, and you [Dm] go_ _ _ _ _

_ [B] So, practice [Bm] that, and then come back.
Pause this.
_ _ Okay, so, you're back.
So, we _ have_
_ _ _ [E] _ After [N] that, what you're going to want to do is you're going to take your pointer finger, just on the 12th fret, and you're going to bring it down 1 string.
So it's on the [B] same string _ as your ring finger.
_ _ Now, when you play that, you're going to lift your ring finger up just for that note.
And you're going to get something like this.

[Bm] you're going to move your pinky down from the 2nd fret, I mean, from the 2nd string, 15th fret, to the 1st string, 15th fret.

And then, all you're going to do is, when you begin the riff, instead of starting with this, _ with the pointer finger [F] on the 4th string, you're going to start with your _ ring finger on the 4th _ string.

Everything else is the same.
[Dm] And then when you're done with that, [C] play that twice, each one [Bm] twice, and then you start with your pointer finger on the 12th fret, 3rd [B] string.
