Back at the garage part 2 sap album got me wrong we're in half-step tuning just
like the previous Alice in Chains song that hopefully you would watch and
subscribe so [Eb] top of this half-step tuning we're gonna be D flat G flat C
flat F flat A flat D flat as usual I'm gonna call them out as if we're in
standard tuning [Ab] EADGBE you should know that as usual
[G]
[Bb] [G]
[Bb]
[G] [E]
start off with kind of a bar chord across the fourth fret here and we're
gonna catch you definitely want to catch the top four strings and we're gonna
play these two fingers here on the six of the A and the D just trying to play
[D] the top four strings and then we're gonna slide to an [Bb] E major open 2 2 1
just playing those four strings [Eb]
I'm gonna slide to the 2 barring all the way
across again and then 4 on the A [C] and the D [Eb] all together
[G] [Bb]
[G]
[Eb]
[Eb]
[Bb]
next we come to a D chord thumb muting the top E open open 2 3 2 [Fm] from the
bottom E [Db] you're on the 2 the B the 3 G the 2 [Ab]
to [Abm] a power A thumb muting that top
B again open [Fm] and then 2 the rest of the way down [Ab]
and then we're gonna slide [Eb] up
to that bar chord we kind of been using but now we're gonna use tip our finger
here to mute this top E be on the fourth of the A 6 of the D and the G you want
to kind of press down that all the way so you're catching the B just playing
those [C] four strings then [Ab] back up to this bar chord here now at the fifth fret
doing the same thing we've been doing but now you're on the E and on the 7th
you're on the A and the D [Ab]
[G] and then you'll slide back to your opening four
so [F] all together it's gonna [Eb] kind of sound like this [Db] [Ab]
[G]
[G]
[Eb]
go [Ab]
[C]
[G] [Db]
[D] back to your beginning and
then you do that same routine again once instead of twice on the second time
around and the difference is is you're gonna go right into the main course of
the song so you'll come up [Db] [Ab]
[G]
[Ab] no more slide from [Bb] here to that E [Eb] that [C] bar chord here
but now we're gonna place this finger down on the fourth I mean on the third
of the G barring all the way across on the [D] second fourth A and D [F] take the same
formation out of the [Em] five seven seven [Ab]
[Eb] repeat
[F] [Ab]
[Eb]
[F] [Ab]
now bring the same formation at
the end back [F] up to the to bar chord again [F] back
[Ab]
[G] into your beginning
[Eb]
[G]
[Eb] [Db]
[Ab] [C]
[Ab] [Eb]
[F] [Ab]
[Eb]
[F] [Ab]
[Eb]
[F] [Ab]
you
[F]
[Ab]
[G]
[Eb] [G]
[Eb] [F]
there you go song number two I think right turns next that's a pretty simple
one this one isn't too difficult either it's just the bar cording play a couple
bar chord songs if you're starting with them just keep playing them keep playing
them and just get used to pressing that finger down getting these fingers nice
and tight and high up you want to see your fingers pointing up any other
questions comments please leave below if you think I missed something obviously
