song back from _ 1972, Good Time Charlie's Got the Blues.

I had a request to do this song.
I don't normally do requests because I've got so many of the songs that I'm playing
in my band that I'm trying to get out here for you guys.
It's hard to _ _ do other ones, but, man, I may do this one in the band.
This is great.
This is a [G] good song.
Listen, instead of playing the chords on this, [E] what you want to do is hit the notes so that
you're doing, _ just picking notes on there and _ filling it in.
So here's [G] the notes that you're trying to hit, _ [F#] _ _ [E] _ _ [D] _

[D] _ _ _ or at least that's what I'm hearing,
okay?
[G] So what you're doing is you're on the sixth string, third [E] fret, and use [F#] your ring finger
to come up to the fourth string, fourth fret, _ [E] _ second on four, [D] _ open four, _ [B] hammer on five,
open two, and then [Bm] hit your fourth string.

_ _ _ [G] _ _ You start that riff again.

on four, and [D] I use it on the hammer too.
When I go [B] five, two, on the fifth string, open [D] two, _ and then [G] four.

So maybe a C major seventh probably. _
But a C chord without _ the index finger, and your notes [A] there, you're doing the same kind
of riff, [B] but it's on a _ open [A] two, _ _ _ two on [G] three, _ open three, and then that little run, or the

hammer on four.
