GMA Facebook Live with Little Big Town chords
Start Jamming...
Wake up America!
We are backstage in Central Park, a [A#] little big town.
Isn't it [Cm] gorgeous?
We saved the weather just [G] for you.
Thank you.
How's your morning so far?
Tell me about, are you awake?
Did you do some jazzercise?
I usually start my morning with jazzercise.
We've been up a long time.
[F] Well, we have.
Oh, [Dm] the ladies.
They look stunning.
We woke up like this.
I mean, look at what they're wearing.
[G] Let's do a quick up-down.
Gorgeous.
Very GMA appropriate and ready.
We're so excited you guys are here.
So glad to be here.
Talk to me a little bit about The Breaker.
And [F] very passionate.
A lot of hits.
Tell me what it was like making this album.
[N] Why is it different to you guys than the past?
I think it's a little bit more of a chill, like, roll the windows down, turn it up loud, drive in your car kind of record.
And that's the way it was feeling in the very beginning.
And then as it just developed, every record has its own personality.
And it continued to kind of feel that way.
Just letting the light really feel good.
Nostalgic songs.
It was a time on the [A#] West Coast that made it feel like a little bit of California.
You brought back the national tunes.
I love that.
A little mix of [F#] everything from coast to coast.
That's right.
[F] You guys have a lot of hits, like I said, on this album.
You were just at [G] CMA Fest.
A lot of fun.
How is that different than being on tour and being on the road?
And kind of in a different way.
How is CMA Fest, particularly like a festival setting, different for you guys?
It's one of the most unique [F] experiences you'll have.
First of all, [N] there's this concentration of country fans that are so loyal.
And we get to play a show in the stadium there.
There's probably 60,000 people there.
And to have that many country fans from all over the world, that's the cool thing.
We're people coming from all over the world.
We met a lot of people from all over the world.
Yeah, it's really fun.
It's a really cool experience.
So you have fans from all over the world.
You have [C#] crazy weirdo [B] fans.
You got up at 5 a.m. [G] right here at CMA Central Park.
There's some girls that have been tweeting us [Dm] that it's unique.
Oh, really?
[G] There's a group of sisters and cousins of the [F] 54th Pan Am.
[F#] Did you ever think it [N] would be quite like this when you were starting out?
We dreamed of it.
You never know.
You never know.
And now [G] the chance to do it.
We love doing new things, [N] and this is something that's brand new for us today.
We're very excited.
I'm glad that you're here.
I won't keep you [G] very long.
We'll see you all in CMA.
Our band's soundcheck ends now.
Get the kick drums started.
We'll see you on CMA in a few minutes.
