A friend of mine, Noah, I've known for some years now.
He's in a [C] band normally but he's playing tonight on his own.
A girl [D] called Fran Hope, who I've been recommended since [G] she's on.
And the Cadbury Sisters, who are friends of mine, who all stood up there.
And then me.
Well _ _ _ I stole his [C] sister's car [D] and he didn't even mind, no he jumped in [G] for the ride. _ _
We're going miles away from anywhere. _ _
So what happened was, [A] I promised you that we'd have an [G] EP to sing tonight.
Yeah you did.
Yeah I did.
[F] And they never arrived.
[C] So instead we put a [D] party band thingy band together.

[A] _ Hopefully there's going to be 99 [C#] different people [G] running around.
[C#] I'd love Bruce Forsyth to make it to a gig.
That'd be pretty [A] _ special.

_ _ _ _ _ _ So I'm about to go on stage.
I'm well excited.
[A] All my friends are here, there's new faces.

how busy I get doing [G] whatever, if I ever have a gig in Bristol,
