This is Brian from Musician's Friend Private Reserve.
And I've got the awesome Blackie Eric Clapton signature
Strat from the Fender Custom Shop with me.
And this guitar is awesome because this is the guitar
that they build for Eric Clapton when he
says he wants a Fender Strat.
And it's actually made by the same guys
that build his guitars.
You've got an alder body.
You've got his noiseless pickups in here,
as well as a nice soft V _ contour to the neck.
You've also got a blocked tremolo on this guitar,
just like Eric likes his.
You've got a master TBX tone control on this guitar,
[G#] and then an active mid boost, which is tremendous.
I just used it at the end of the theme in there.
And you can see that it's like a built-in _ overdrive pedal
or boost pedal.
_ It's really useful.

Yeah.
Yeah, so you can see how much this mid boost does.
It's tremendous because you get so much more [G] gain out
of the amp.
I never kicked on any overdrive pedal at all.
Just using this boost right here,
and it's amazing what I can do with that.
