Hi everybody, David [D] Wesley here and thank you so much [A] for checking out this video.
This Sunday [E] School Medley is one that [A] I've wanted to create for quite some time [Gbm] now.
I knew it would have a [D] lot of appeal for people of all [A] ages, from my 85 year old grandmother to my [E] 10 month old son Oren here, whose middle name is David.
[Ab] [Gbm]
When [D] I first started researching the songs, I had hoped I [A] would be able to go chronologically,
but I [E] quickly discovered that about 75% of the songs, we don't know who wrote [D] them or when they came from.
[A] So instead I just let the medley write itself, [E] going from theme to theme [Gbm]
until it [D] reached the shape that you saw today.
So [A] I really hope you enjoyed it.
I had the chance [E] to include my sons [A] and my nieces and nephews [Gbm] in the video.
I [D] haven't seen my nieces and nephews for [A] months or even a couple of years because of the [Gb] pandemic.
So it was really great to include them [E] and their [B] skills and creativity in making [E] those song posters.
So thanks [A] so much you guys.
And this video [D] simply would not be [Dbm] possible without the generous support of my [B] patrons on Patreon.
