At the fifth fret, an A.

_ _ And on that A we do [E] add the, probably the ninth there, _ third
or fourth [D] finger at the first string, seventh fret.

_ _ _ _ _ _ And then a D shape, which is first finger, _ [C] fifth fret, first string.
_ _ Fourth finger, _ seventh fret, second string.
