Eb (I ain't mad at ya) Tutorial chords
Start Jamming...
Just thanking God for so much.
This is your boy JT going back to the key of E flat.
My boy Trey asked me what one of my [Ebm] favorite songs
I'd like to play.
And it's [Eb] actually the Bars did this back in the day.
And Tupac Redid it, but I ain't mad at you.
But I love to play that piano piece,
especially at the end of weddings.
And you know it makes a nice instrumental piece.
And it's in the key of E flat,
and we know how it [C] goes like this.
[Fm]
[Bb] [Ab]
[C] [Fm]
So I'm gonna give you the chords real fast.
You know, and I like to,
[Cm] you want [Eb] me to spell it out again.
Ain't nothing wrong with spelling the chords.
I also started learning them.
I'm not gonna name all of them.
You know, we gotta do something on our own.
[Cm] Thank God.
Left hand, I'm doing this like I got a bass player.
Left hand I got a C, E flat, and a G.
[C] Right hand I got a B flat, [Cm] D, E flat, and a G.
Then quick [B] in the middle, E, [Bb] B, E.
Right hand I got a B flat, D flat, and a E.
So [Cm] let's do that again.
[Bb] [Fm]
And then I'm gonna go to A flat major [Ab] seven,
A flat, C, E flat, G in [Fm] my right hand.
Left hand I got a F, C, F.
So let me [Cm] start back up.
[Fm] Do it again.
[Eb] [Bb] [Fm]
Then go to [Bb] a regular B flat, B flat in your bass.
Right hand I got a B flat, D, F, and another B flat.
[Ab] So when I go back to the E flat,
I got an A flat chord, it's the C, E flat, A flat.
[Eb]
So let's do that again.
[Bb] [Fm]
[Bb] [Ab] [Cm] So when you come off of that A flat chord,
[Eb] you're gonna go to an E flat chord
while you're still on the E flat bass,
which is a B flat, E flat, [Ab] F.
[C]
And we're gonna follow that with a D,
D, A, D in my left hand,
or the regular C chord, C, E, G.
[Eb] [C] [G] And when we turn around, we got a G, D, G
in our left hand, and in our right hand
I got a B, [Bb] F, [G] B flat.
[Cm] [Fm]
[Bb] [Eb]
[C] [G] And that's all we do.
So your bass line gonna go C, [E] E, [Bbm] F,
to the B flat, [Eb] to the E flat, to the [G] D, G.
And if you want to on that D, D,
you can, [C] there the door in the,
you [Fm] can make it no more fat,
which is a C, E flat, F, and an A flat.
[Gm] [D]
And that's the whole thing.
Now if we was playing it with our bass player,
we got both hands, but if we was playing it
[Gm] without a bass player, we are C, E flat, [Fm] to our F.
[Bb]
[Eb] [G] [C] And that part, that's a C, D, E flat, G, C.
[Fm] And we come from the F to the G.
F, G, A flat, C, E flat, F, G, A flat.
[Bb] Back down, [F] C to a B flat.
[Bb] I mean, D to a B flat.
[Bb] [F] There you go, B flat, C, D.
[Bb] Back down [F] to that F.
[Ab]
[C] So let's go.
[Fm] [Bb]
[C] [Fm]
You know, and that's a nice [Cm] little workout.
[Bb] [Ab]
[D] [C] So that's fun to play around with.
[C] But let's see how that would sound with the track,
like we got a bass player.
[E]
[Eb] So here we go.
[Ab] [Eb] Let's do that one time.
We got a bass player, here we go, [Gm] just the chord.
[Fm] [Bb]
[G] [Cm]
[Fm] [Bb]
[G] [C] That's [E] all we doing.
[Eb] Now we'll come back another way,
and we're gonna play it fat.
God
